DURVINIL® SLEEVE GROUTING PIPE

The ECO line is designed with sustainability in mind. Manufactured from rigid recycled PVC, DURVINIL^® ECO pipes provide a cost-effective and environmentally responsible solution for cement injections in soil strengthening – without compromising on performance. They are ideal for projects where reducing environmental impact and controlling costs are a priority.

DURVINIL^® S is the standard solution of DURVINIL^® sleeve grouting pipes, suitable for a wide range of geotechnical applications. Designed to provide an optimal balance between performance and cost efficiency, these pipes deliver consistent performance across various field conditions.

DURVINIL^® S sleeve grouting pipes are available with external valves for all diameters, while the internal-valves version is available in 40/60, 45/50, and 50/60 mm diameters (approx. 2’’).

The manchette valve system, made of vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer, offer exceptional fatigue resistance, ensuring durability and reliable repeat injections even under demanding operating conditions.

The high-performance line, engineered for maximum strength and reliability. DURVINIL^® X sleeve grouting pipes are the go-to solution for extreme conditions or projects requiring long-term durability.

DURVINIL^® X sleeve grouting pipes are available with external valves for all diameters and internal valve options in 40/60, 45/50, and 50/60 mm diameters (approx. 2’’).

Like the S line, manchette valves are made of vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer, offering excellent fatigue resistance and repeat injection capability.

TD Pipes: Flexible, rollable PE sleeve pipe for low-pressure injections. Manufactured in impact-resistant, flexible PVC (diameter 1’’), they are especially suited for use with strand or bar anchors to create soil bulbs.

TPS Pipes: Flexible, rollable PE injection pipes for low-pressure cement injections or resins, used for soil strengthening and waterproofing without packers. Available in bars or continuous coils with external sleeves, couplings, and end caps.

For projects in sensitive environments such as natural parks, protected areas, or locations where avoiding residual materials in the ground is critical, Sireg Geotech developed and patented BioSystem^® pipes, made of plant-based, compostable plastic.

Used with non-polluting mixes or bacterial solutions, BIOSYSTEM^® injection pipes provide an eco-friendly way to improve soil mechanical properties. After about 10 years underground, BioSystem^® pipes naturally decompose into sugars, leaving no chlorides or harmful residues.

BIOSYSTEM^® injection pipes are available in both valved and micro-slotted versions, depending on project requirements.
