DURVINIL® sleeve grouting pipes (TAM pipes) are designed for soil strengthening and for carrying out chemical or cement injections into the ground. DURVINIL® TAM pipes ensure precise and controlled delivery of grouts and specialized mixtures. Thanks to regularly spaced manchette valves (available at 33, 50, or 100 cm intervals), DURVINIL® TAM pipes allow fluid to be injected outward only, preventing any backflow into the pipe and ensuring precise, reliable sleeve grouting.
DURVINIL® TAM Pipes Valves
The valves can be installed in two different configurations: internal sleeves, securely welded inside the pipe using ultrasonic technology; external sleeves, set into specially milled housings on the pipe’s outer surface and protected by ABS rings to ensure durability and safety.
Advantages of the DURVINIL® Manchette System
- Selective injection through individual valves, with pressure and volume monitoring via datalogger.
- Repeatable injections over time, as the valves reseal perfectly after each use.
- Versatility in grouts, compatible with standard cement, microfine cements, silicates, and other binders.
Available in diameters from ½’’ to 2’’ and lengths up to 6 meters, DURVINIL® sleeve grouting pipes can be connected using threaded couplings.
